DailyDo is built so that your tasks, notes, and documents stay yours. The app has no accounts, no analytics, and no servers of its own. Your data lives on your devices and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud account. The developer never sees it.
In short No sign-up. No tracking. No ads. No analytics. Nothing you capture is ever sent to the developer. If you buy DailyDo Pro, an anonymous purchase record is kept by our subscription provider, RevenueCat.
Everything you create in DailyDo is stored locally on your device: tasks (with due dates, reminders, repeat rules and completion history), notes, links, timers, checklists, podcasts you follow and your listening position, tags, and attached documents, photos, scans, videos and voice recordings. DailyDo may also cache phone numbers, email addresses and names it detects in your own text so it can offer actions on them.
If you are signed in to iCloud, DailyDo syncs this data to your own private iCloud account (Apple's CloudKit private database for the container iCloud.com.fbmore.DD, plus that container's iCloud Drive folder for attached files). Your settings sync through iCloud key-value storage. This keeps your iPhone, iPad and Mac up to date and restores your data if you reinstall the app. The developer has no access to your private iCloud data, and nothing is ever placed in a public or shared database.
Widgets and the share extension read a small summary (item titles, due times, pinned and timer state) from a container shared only with DailyDo on the same device.
DailyDo's smart features run on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks. No AI service outside your device is used.
DailyDo talks to the internet only to do things you asked for. None of these requests go to the developer.
youtube-nocookie.com domain).DailyDo is free for up to 50 active items. DailyDo Pro is sold as an in-app subscription or one-time purchase through Apple. Apple processes all payments; we never see your name, email, Apple Account or payment details.
To know whether Pro is unlocked on all your devices, DailyDo uses RevenueCat, a subscription-management service. RevenueCat receives your App Store purchase receipt and a random, anonymous app user ID generated by the app, along with basic technical details such as app version, device model, OS version and country/currency for pricing. This data is not linked to your identity, is not used for advertising or tracking, and is used only to provide and manage your purchase. The developer can see these anonymous purchase records in RevenueCat's dashboard.
getdailydo.com uses Foliàire Analytics to count page views, scroll depth and time on page. It sets no cookies, collects no personal data, honours Do Not Track and does not follow you across other sites. This applies only to the website; the DailyDo app contains no analytics.
DailyDo asks for each permission the first time a feature needs it, and works without any of them; only the related feature is unavailable.
When you share an item or checklist, DailyDo packs the content into the link itself and hands it to the system share sheet, with a link to download DailyDo. No server hosts your shared content and nothing is uploaded. What you share, and with whom, is entirely up to you, and anything you send can't be taken back.
Delete individual items in the app at any time; deletions sync to your other devices. To remove everything, delete DailyDo from all your devices and then remove its iCloud data in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → DailyDo → Delete Data from iCloud (on Mac: System Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage). To ask us to delete the anonymous purchase record RevenueCat keeps, email us with the date and type of your purchase.
DailyDo is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from them.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
