Getting started

Tap the + button and just type. DailyDo figures out whether you're writing a task, a note, a link, or a timer, and files it accordingly. You can always change the type before saving.

Capturing from other apps

Use the system share sheet from any app (Safari, Photos, Mail…) and choose DailyDo. Links arrive with their titles, images and files arrive as documents, and text is analyzed the same way as in-app capture.

Reminders aren't firing

• Check that notifications are allowed: Settings → Notifications → DailyDo.
• Make sure Focus modes aren't silencing the app.
• Tasks need a due time (not just a date) to trigger an alert.

My items aren't syncing across devices

• Sign in to the same Apple Account on every device, with iCloud Drive on: Settings → [your name] → iCloud (Mac: System Settings → [your name] → iCloud).
• Check that iCloud has free space: Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
• Open DailyDo on each device once; sync then runs automatically, usually within seconds. Large attachments can take longer on slow connections.
• If DailyDo shows a sync banner, it explains what's wrong and offers a retry.

DailyDo Pro and purchases

• Free plan: up to 50 active items. Completed items don't count, and capture is never blocked; you'll see an upgrade prompt when you go over.
• Upgrade: Settings → DailyDo Pro. Pro Yearly starts with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Pro on another device: one purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac on the same Apple Account. If Pro doesn't appear, open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases.
• Cancel or change a subscription: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → DailyDo, or tap Manage Subscription in the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
• Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If Pro ends, nothing is deleted: every item stays readable and editable.

DailyDo on Mac

The Mac app is coming soon. When it arrives, download it from the Mac App Store and sign in with the same Apple Account as your iPhone. Your items, tags and attachments will sync through iCloud, and Pro carries over.

Scanning, photos, and voice notes

The first time you scan a document, take a photo, record a voice note, attach a photo or save a contact, DailyDo asks for permission. If you declined and want to turn it on later: Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera, Microphone, Speech Recognition, Photos or Contacts → DailyDo (Mac: System Settings → Privacy & Security). Voice recordings are transcribed automatically; quality depends on your device's language settings.

Deleting your data

Delete items in the app and the deletion syncs everywhere. To erase everything, delete DailyDo from all your devices, then go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → DailyDo → Delete Data from iCloud.

Privacy

Your data stays on your devices and in your own private iCloud. There's no account and no analytics; purchases are handled by Apple, with an anonymous receipt kept by RevenueCat. See the Privacy Policy for details.
